Who processes your data

The controller is productive.studio, company ID (IČO) 21836035, registered office Tatarkova 728/12, Praha - Háje, 149 00, Czech Republic. A natural person entered in the Trade Licensing Register (živnostenský rejstřík). Contact: hello@productive.studio, +420 703 515 600.

What data and why

When you send the inquiry form, we process your name, e-mail or phone, the kind of project and the message you write. The same applies if you e-mail or call.

The purpose is to answer your inquiry and, if relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long

If the inquiry does not lead to a project, the data is deleted within 12 months at the latest. If it does, it is kept for the duration of the contract and then only as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Who can access it

Your data is not sold or passed on to other companies for marketing.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), form messages are delivered by the Web3Forms service, and e-mail is handled by the mailbox provider. Transfers to the USA rely on GDPR safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Your browser only stores your language, the strength of the effect on the opening screen and the portfolio view; none of it leaves your device.

This website serves its own fonts, so your browser does not contact Google for them. The exception is the live project previews: they show the sites as they really work, so they load their own fonts and images (for example Google Fonts or Pexels), and the site of client Elena Kuksina also runs its own visitor statistics.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object. Write to hello@productive.studio; you will get an answer within 30 days.

If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority (www.uoou.gov.cz).
